IVF CLINIC IN CYPRUS at Kyrenia Medical Center Book Free Consultation

IVF Prices in Cyprus

We believe in complete transparency. All our packages include consultation, treatment, medication and follow-up care. No hidden fees, no surprises, and we even tell you what is not included, so you can budget for the whole trip before you book a single flight.

What's Included in Every Package

Most clinics quote a base price and add extras later. We do the opposite. Every package at our clinic inside Kamiloglu Hospital is all-inclusive: the price you see below is the price you pay for your complete medical treatment.

Specialist Consultation

Initial and follow-up consultations with your fertility specialist, including your personalised protocol design.

All Medications

Stimulation medications, trigger shot, progesterone support and antibiotics, all included in the package price.

Lab & Procedures

Egg retrieval under anaesthesia, fertilisation, embryo culture, embryo transfer and all routine lab work.

Personal Coordinator

A dedicated English-speaking coordinator from your first contact through to your pregnancy test, on WhatsApp whenever you need them.

Treatment Packages

All-Inclusive Package Prices

Three complete packages, itemised line by line. Compare what is in the list, not just the headline number: many clinics in Cyprus and across Europe quote a lower base price and then add medications, anaesthesia and lab extras on top.

¹ PGD screens for common chromosomal conditions (Down, Klinefelter, Turner and similar) by examining 5 chromosomes (13, 18, 21, X, Y). It does not detect other chromosomal anomalies, single-gene disorders or microdeletions. NGS provides a broader, next-generation analysis.

² Embryo freezing includes up to 10 embryos. Each embryo beyond 10 is an additional €300.

³ Sedation for egg retrieval is already included in every IVF package. Embryo transfer is normally done without anaesthesia; anaesthesia for the transfer is an optional add-on for patients who prefer it.

All prices are in euros (EUR) and are subject to individual medical assessment. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after your free consultation.

What's Not Included

Real transparency means telling you what you will pay outside the clinic as well. No fertility clinic includes these items in its packages, but most never mention them. Here is what you should budget for separately:

  • Flights to Ercan Airport (ECN) or Larnaca Airport (LCA). Our travel guide compares both routes from the UK.
  • Hotel accommodation. We can recommend partner hotels in Kyrenia from €40 per night, many within ten minutes of Kamiloglu Hospital.
  • Airport transfers. Your coordinator can arrange a private transfer for around €50 each way, or you can take a taxi or hire a car.
  • Travel insurance. Standard travel insurance covers your trip; planned medical treatment itself is not normally insurable.
  • Visa fees, if applicable to your nationality. Most UK and EU passport holders do not need a visa for short stays.

What Other Clinics Charge Extra For

When you compare IVF quotes, the headline price rarely tells the whole story. These are the most common add-ons charged on top of the base price at other clinics, in Cyprus and across Europe. With us, they are either bundled into your package or listed transparently in your written quote before you commit.

Time-lapse embryo monitoring

Continuous embryo observation without removing embryos from the incubator.

Elsewhere: around €700
With us: included where clinically indicated

EmbryoGlue transfer medium

An enriched medium used at transfer, intended to support implantation.

Elsewhere: around €400
With us: bundled or transparently quoted upfront

Assisted hatching

A laboratory technique that thins the embryo shell before transfer in selected cases.

Elsewhere: around €150
With us: included where clinically indicated

Electronic witnessing systems

Identification technology that tracks eggs, sperm and embryos through the lab.

Elsewhere: €100 to €150
With us: standard lab safety, never billed separately

Our rule is simple: if your specialist recommends something, you will know what it is, why it is recommended and exactly what it costs before it happens. That is what we mean by our no hidden fees commitment, and it applies to every quote we issue.

Practical Details

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer (EUR, GBP, TRY), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash. You can mix methods if that is easier, for example a bank transfer for part of the cost and a card payment for the balance.

The balance is payable at the clinic before treatment begins, so you never pay in full before meeting the medical team in person.

Every payment is confirmed with an itemised invoice from Kamiloglu Hospital, which you can also use for any insurance or employer fertility benefit claims.

For Your Budgeting

Currency Guide

All packages are priced in euros. Here is what the three main packages look like in pounds and dollars at recent exchange rates:

EUR GBP (approx.) USD (approx.)
€3,500≈ £2,950≈ $3,800
€6,000≈ £5,050≈ $6,550
€7,000≈ £5,900≈ $7,650

Exchange rates are approximate and may vary. Your card provider or bank applies its own rate on the day of payment.

The Numbers Side by Side

How We Compare with UK Prices

A single private IVF cycle in the UK typically costs £5,000 to £8,000 before medication, which adds another £900 to £1,200. Donor egg treatment costs far more and usually involves a waiting list. Here is the honest comparison:

Treatment UK Average Our Price You Save
IVF £5,000 to £8,000 €3,500 (≈ £2,950) Up to 55%
IVF with Egg Donation £10,000 to £15,000 €6,000 (≈ £5,050) Up to 60%
Gender Selection (PGD) Not available in the UK Contact us N/A

UK prices sourced from publicly available clinic data. Actual costs vary by clinic and individual case. Remember to add medication, which is included in our packages but usually billed separately in the UK.

Even after adding flights and a week in a Kyrenia hotel, most UK patients complete a full IVF cycle here for less than half the cost at home. And our published success rates, reported by age group with full methodology, let you weigh value, not just price.

An Honest Answer

Why Are Prices Lower in Cyprus?

It is a fair question, and one you should ask any clinic abroad. When IVF in Cyprus costs a third of the UK price, is something being cut? The honest answer is no, and the explanation is straightforward economics rather than marketing.

Operating costs are lower. Salaries, rent, utilities, insurance and administration in Cyprus are a fraction of what they cost in London, Manchester or Madrid. A UK clinic's price has to absorb some of the highest property and staffing costs in Europe. Ours does not.

Competition keeps margins honest. Cyprus has welcomed international fertility patients for more than two decades, and clinics here compete hard for them. That competition pushes prices down and pushes service standards, English-speaking coordination and airport-to-clinic logistics up.

The medicine is the same. The stimulation medications, laboratory equipment, incubators and vitrification consumables we use are the same international brands used in UK and EU laboratories. Our embryologists train internationally, and our laboratory operates inside Kamiloglu Hospital under TRNC Ministry of Health licensing with annual inspections.

What lower prices do not mean is corner-cutting on safety. Because we operate within a full-service hospital rather than a standalone clinic, you have surgical theatres, an intensive care unit and a 24/7 anaesthesia team in the same building during every procedure. That is a higher safety standard than many far more expensive clinics can offer, and it is included in every package price on this page.

If you would like the full picture of regulations, travel and treatment standards here, our Why Cyprus guide covers it in detail.

Pricing Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Cost

The questions patients ask us most about money, answered plainly. For everything else, see our full FAQ.

Treatment costs less in Cyprus because of the local cost structure, not because of lower clinical standards. Staff salaries, premises, insurance and day-to-day operating costs are a fraction of those in London or Manchester, and clinics compete intensely for international patients, which keeps pricing lean and transparent. The medications, incubators and laboratory consumables we use are the same international brands found in UK and EU clinics, and our laboratory operates inside Kamiloglu Hospital under TRNC Ministry of Health licensing.
No. Your package price covers consultation, monitoring, stimulation medications, trigger shot, egg retrieval with anaesthesia, ICSI, embryo culture, embryo transfer, progesterone support, antibiotics and the beta-hCG pregnancy test. Anything not included, such as flights, hotels, airport transfers and travel insurance, is listed openly on this page. Your written quote after consultation itemises every cost before you book anything.
Yes. Stimulation medications, the trigger shot, progesterone support and antibiotics are all included in the package price. If your protocol begins at home before you travel, your coordinator arranges prescriptions and explains any local pharmacy costs in advance, so nothing is a surprise. Patients buying equivalent medication privately in the UK typically pay £900 to £1,200 or more on top of clinic fees.
We accept bank transfer in EUR, GBP or TRY, credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and cash. Prices are set in euros; card payments are converted at your card provider's exchange rate on the day.
If your specialist recommends cancelling a cycle before egg retrieval, for example because of a poor response to stimulation, you only pay for the consultations, scans and medications already used, and the remainder of your package fee is carried over to a future cycle. The exact policy is set out in your written treatment agreement before you pay anything.
In most cases, no. UK private health insurance and the NHS do not normally fund fertility treatment abroad, and travel insurance covers medical emergencies rather than planned treatment. Some employers offer fertility benefits that can be used internationally, so it is worth checking your policy. We provide itemised invoices and medical reports to support any claim you are able to make.
Yes. Although all packages are priced in euros, we accept bank transfers in GBP and TRY, and card payments in your home currency are converted automatically by your bank. Your coordinator confirms the exact euro amount due in writing, so you can time your transfer to a favourable exchange rate if you wish.
